Below-market compensation and benefits, no professional growth opportunities, shrinking customer base, lack of executive leadership.

Upper management are dismissive of employee issues and aggressively push for more work, including outside of standard hours. Regular redundancy cycle despite the company doing well. Additional work is just added to the employees who remain. Pay rises have not met inflation for years at this point. The culture has gone from amazing to miserable and highly toxic. Benefits are gradually being stripped back.
