      Pros

      The people and working conditions are top class - the development team are some of the best in the industry. Interesteing road map, great work ethic throughout the business

      Cons

      You have to be a self starter, the environment is fast, change orentated and fun. Not the place you want to be if you put your feet up.

      Pros

      Where to start? The people that you meet here are super supportive! It's an excellent work environment if you are looking to go into entrepreneurship, because you really get a lot of advice from the people you work with every day. Additionally, there are many opportunities to move up quickly in the company, and begin your own branch. If you are willing to work hard, you will have many opportunities to gain management experience.

      Cons

      This job is definitely not for the faint of heart! You put in what you want to get out of it, as you do with any job, of course. In order to move up in the company and achieve management status, you need to put in a lot of hours, and it can be very tiring.
