Pros

Got exposed to a range of therapies, and how different strategies worked for clients with similar diagnoses Visible progress for clients, great mission and work being done Great coworkers

Cons

Given specific goals by management with little to no advice on how to achieve those goals, and very little time to make big changes Management gave input on the mental health of employee with concern, but also implied it was limiting the ability to perform the job well. Also stated that the management of my mental health had to change for the sake of my employment

Pros

• The clients are great • Chance to make true friends • Exposure to different disciplines

Cons

The turn around rate at the NC location is alarming & after being there for a while, you start to understand why. Employees are simultaneously disregarded and micromanaged. Management refuses to listen to any concerns made by staff, but will treat you poorly if you express any concerns. They chronically overwork and underpay their employees.
