      There aren’t really any I can think of.

      Cons

      Start up company. Lack of policy. Amadeus computer that never works Reservation center. One brutal email, chat and phone call all day long. Lack of supervisor support. Agents quitting all the time Lack of agents Benefits are sub-par Not enough PTO Pay could be higher

      Remote. Makes sure you have necessary equipment.

      Cons

      Save yourself the trouble. Manager was horrible with communication and never helpful when asking for help. PTO is low and pay is mediocre. They want you to know everything about the company and where documents are located the first day.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a virtual job in a disorganized corporate travel call center environment that is primarily supporting a booking tool that is underdeveloped and you have low GDS skills (computer reservation system), you will be fine here.
