Pros
Textbook start-up culture -- looking to recruit A players and then push them to their limits.There is no written time-off or vacation policy, everyone is expected to work hard, take off when they need to, and deliver. If you're good at delivering results and used to working evenings like a grad student, you'll love the culture. They were willing to sponsor an H1-B and are getting it done.
Cons
As of this review they have not yet defined any benefits beyond a decent paycheck and stock options. You are on your own to figure out what insurance you need and go buy it.
