      Pros

      Biorasi is a smaller CRO that treats their employees like people, not numbers. The general culture is friendly, helpful, and positive. Strong contributors have excellent opportunities for advancement within this company.

      Cons

      I've had better healthcare benefits at larger companies, but the benefits are still good.
