      Good place to gain clinical trial knowledge

      Pros

      Positive culture and work environment where most people are pleasant to work with. Managers set clear expectations and operate with transparency. Work life balance is solid. Overall, Biorasi is a good place to build knowledge about the CRO world and gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      Communication/requesting support from other departments was often like pulling teeth.

      I loved reading the positives in your review. And, yes, it's true that communications between departments was not always a strength. We're working hard at getting better at that. Clinical research is a team sport.

      1- Extensive and diligent training 2- Great environment that is conducive to growth 3- Everyone is helpful (win-win type of culture) 4- Benefits are comparable to what is in the market 5- Every employee is recognized for their abilities and helped to enhance and sculpt those abilities
