      Some team members are kind and willing to support your learning and growth

      Cons

      CEO/direct manager does not give feedback or communicate with team members. No onboarding, just learn on your own. Favoritism and business decisions without any data. Toxic work environments and working over 10+ hours a day, including meetings after midnight.

      Pros

      Wonderful company with friendly people and a positive culture. The work is meaningful, and I always feel supported by my team. Management listens to ideas and gives clear direction. I have many chances to learn new skills and grow.

      Cons

      The pace can be too fast for some people. You will need to have a sense of purpose in order to enjoy working here. Some processes are still improving as the company grows.
