      Opportunities to learn alot here as much work is happening across programs

      Cons

      Very disorganized. No order. No protocols. Organizational structure is a mess. US location is an affiliate basically; Germany is the HQ and in charge. Does not follow the proper way of doing things. Takes too long to decide and execute on clinical studies. Go in circles by deciding and then undoing the decision, rinse and repeat.

      Incredibly toxic environment with minimal opportunities for growth and obvious preferential treatment for German colleagues at the expense of everyone else. US "leadership" does not truly exist.

      Disappointing organisation

      it was a very nice place to work, in the past unfortunately. salary and career development attractive, but all gone now! I do not see any positive items to mention here anymore.

      Cons

      poor / unexperienced top management, absence of corporate culture, hand-full of unexperienced SVPs are the only ones trusted by founders, who decide for every thing and on behalf of every one. Real experienced people (still in the company) play low keys to keep jobs and CYA. Salaries are not competitive anymore, career progression, very limited at most! The dream is gone, but still sleeping and looking at the past. Stock price went down so badly, trust in the company is gone, from market, only a take-over from one of the big 5 (for the technology, only) will happen in 3 to 5 years. This may take place earlier if FDA/EMA inspectors ring the bell before...
