      1. Lots of good opportunities. 2. It is easy to talk management/HRs for any issue /concerns. 3.Good for freshers. Freshers can easily get the chance to learn AI, Data Science ,Data Analytics ,Data Engineering, ETL technologies. 4.Experience Employees can get the chance to shape their future roles. 5. Quarterly Performance Review/Rating that help employees to improve in next Quarter if needed.

      Cons

      1. Group Insurance policy can be improved. Only 3 lacs base cover is provided in group insurance (out of that only 2 lacs eligibility for parent's cover) 2. There is no office cab/bus facility.

There are limited resources available for indoor recreational activities, which could be improved to enhance employee engagement.
