Pros

- Compared to other bike shops, you can make better money here. It is the biggest bike shop company in Houston and is very well known. - The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, but it is quite a bit more "corporate" than one might expect from a bike shop. - Employee discounts - Getting to meet cool customers/networking - Depending on the location/manager VERY flexible vacation time (read, way more than 2 weeks especially if you break it up into small chunks)

Cons

- Retail hours - Commission limited by number of customers coming in - Income potential mentioned in initial interview was pie in the sky. I am a top producer and make 10-15k LESS than what was put forward as potential income.

Very low pay. Not a lot of room for growth.
