      Pros

      I appreciate the character and knowledge of my colleagues, BigID hired great people! People are willing to help me through the challenges of a start-up.

      Cons

      We have a road to pave in the federal group! I put a thumbs down for the 6 month business outlook because we need lots of federal things to get going and they are moving very slowly, very worried about that. Product and opportunity for the future is very promising, but we need to move faster with support for vpat, fips, gsa schedule, common criteria etc.

      market leader in data discovery space, strong marketing messaging, good alliances built, adding to the product portfolio

      Cons

      has become a culture of micromanaging cast-offs from Informatica, CEO doesn't care about people or your goals
