Pros
The team is great and the work we do is meaningful. Family owned business which could probably go either way but the Larson's are good people and really seem to care about the company and employees. There are a ton of people who have been here 20+ years which was not the case where I worked before. Best overall benefits package I've had too. Good healthcare coverage, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, plenty of pto, etc. Leadership is supportive of the team and more transparent than I'm used to so that helps, especially during tough times.
Cons
Recent layoffs caught everyone by surprise and make the future look a little bit unclear. Communication has been good though and I'm hopeful that we're heading in a positive direction because I'd definitely like to stay here.
