-Horrible Management - Absolutely NO Regard For Staff and the HUGE Workloads We Are Expected to Handle -Zero Work-Life Balance - Given Assignments at 5/6pm And Expected to Complete Them Day Of, Texts/Calls Into the Late Hours of the Night Expecting Staff to Drop Everything and Work -Work Is Never Good Enough - They Always Want More, Even When You Prove Yourself Time and Time Again -Daily Verbal Abuse -Lack of Respect for Employees and The Hard Work They Do -Harassment, Threats, Name Calling
