      Pros

      My coworkers are great. They are a joy to work with. The products are innovative and easy for customers to use. Technical support is outstanding. Sales support is minimal, at best. No incentive for them to perform at a higher level. No recognition of their achievements. That honor is saved only for the development group.

      Cons

      The BOD and management hasn't a clue, let alone a direction of where they want to take the company. The company is over 15 years old and they function like a fledgling start-up. Ethics in pricing is another concern.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition in December, BidSync has been HORRIBLE to work for. People are leaving left and right and no one is happy. We were told it was a merger, not an acquisition, and so everyone was surprised when the papers were signed and we were told Periscope had "acquired" us. The new management isn't fun to work with- they have unrealistic expectations and overstep their bounds on our customers.

      Coworkers were nice and easy to get along with. Comfortable work environment (attire, office etc).

      Cons

      Management is extremely difficult to work with. Sales objectives are outrageous and constantly shifting. There's no way to sell it without selling the service for pennies on the asking price, which we get punished for. I've been asked to "sell" at other jobs by saying a lot of fluff, but I had never been told to lie to prospects to get them to buy. Which was telling. Glad I'm gone.
