      Co-workeres are helpful if you have questions about the job

      Cons

      Management likes to threatened the workers almost daily. Many workers skip breaks and lunch to work at the pace management wants you to work at. Favoritism is very obvious even tho management says that there is no such thing. From the time I worked there, There were many new hires that did not last more than 3 months because they were tired of all the threats by management.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Other than the family and all the families kids - the other employees were great and the discounts were terrific too!

      Cons

      Listening to the "family" whine, cry and complain AND not do a stitch of work! Sometimes there comes a point where you have to make hard decisions as a business owner and firing your own children and grandchildren is a hard decision but in order to keep your business afloat and your other employees employed -- there is no other choice!
