High turnover, poor systems, lack of direction

Pros

Most employees are able to work remotely. Healthcare costs were low, but plans weren't great.

Cons

BevSource has a massive turnover rate. They let people go left and right. Prior leadership was focused on growing people, whereas the new-ish private equity owner and leadership is purely focused on the bottom line. A lot of good people have come and gone in the last three years. They change strategy and re-organize every 6 months or so. Horrible systems. There is no career advancement path. This year, they fired their Learning and Development staff which says a lot. Would definitely not recommend working here.

Pros

Remote, rarely in person, somewhat flexible

Cons

This is one of those companies that touts its people and diversity then when they sold to private equity laid off all its brown and openly out folks. Gross.

Pros

Great environment - really a family atmosphere. It is so great to work at a place where I look forward to coming to work together as a team - as all of us work hard together. Summer Hours are great - 1/2 day Fridays. Someone mentioned pay, and I agree that I could maybe get paid a little bit more somewhere else (not substantially more - as my title in other Fortune 500 companies really does not compare), but I stay here for the flexibility, the openness to new ideas, and the chance to be part of a rapidly growing company - I have seen people start here 3 years ago as a Specialist and now be in Director or Manager roles - I want that - not have to wait my turn at Target to make sure I can move to the next level! Also, great team building activities.

Cons

Company is small, so there we take on a lot outside of our typical job description.
