Pros
Nothing good to say about the way community is being run by three people who thinks they own the company and they are above the policy.
Cons
You are expected to work beyond your working hours, expect to answer calls while driving, expect to attend meetings while driving, no support from the people who sits in the office and is only thinking about how they want you to work endlessly. I feel sorry for the company for hiring these people. Fast employee turn over due to very bad management located in north.
