What I love most about Bernards is that we are a family owned company. No matter how much we grow, we don't have that corporate or political feel where you are always watching your back and get lost in the shuffle. The company as a hole is just over 250 employees. As an individual coming out of college, this was the perfect place for me. I was immediately provided exposure to all aspects of the construction project. I wasn't pinholed into only processing submittals and RFI's. I was immediately involved with contract discussion, structural and MEP coordination, change orders, etc. To me, this experience alone was invaluable and something that could have taken 5-10 years to be exposed to at a larger company. With all that said, Bernards as a whole is on a great path for continued, sustainable growth. I'm excited and proud to be a part of this company.

Working for Bernards has been such a great opportunity. Being hired fresh out of college, I have been able to advance in my career with some of the finest the Construction Industry, and have grown so much in experience being hands on out in the field. I have had the opportunity to work on high profile jobs as well as many school project s which I feel are the most rewarding. The Management at Bernards has been great. They ensure that there are always open lines of communication between us. It is a pleasure working for such a great company.
