The middle management seems to get away with mistreating employees even when upper management was notified. Most of the employees are dissatisfied but deal with the job just to keep working in the down economy. Even though most of them will not voice their opinions for fear of being fired since the management seems to have the attitude that everyone is replaceable no matter how long you work there or how hard you work everyday.
