Benefits good but pay is below market average. Management is tiresome with poor decisions, poor IT investment and excessive red tape.

Nice location. And the charity and church links are very refreshing.

Cons

The working environment can be difficult. The management structure in London is highly incestuous. They talk about diversity a huge deal but not very much evidence of this in reality.
