      Pros

      The people are amazing. Lots of exceptional young people who are the heart of the firm and put lots of effort into organising firm and social events.

      Cons

      Slow to catch up with the other "Big Firms" - openly considers itself a "fast follower" when it comes to pay, benefits, TOIL etc. Partners are generally great but there are some who have not adapted to the times and do not treat their staff with enough respect.
