No support, unrealistic expectations

Pros

You get to work with big companies

Cons

So many to list 1. Everyone is expected to sell, even when most aren’t trained to do so 2. Quantity over quality. They want you to pump out reports without making sure quality is good 3. Monthly and quarterly targets. Every end of month is horrible. They rush you to send out literally anything you can just to recognize revenue. End of quarter is even worse. So much pressure to finish reports even if they are not quality ready 4. Management just won’t listen. Everyone has the same complaints and literally all that happens is in one ear out the other 5. Super high turnover. You’ll probably have your team change multiple times in the span of a year 6. Unlimited pto was put in place to avoid having to pay out accrued pto because so many people quit 7. Treat their employees like a sweat shop. Expect to work absurd hours and have way more on your plate than you should 8. Just a bad culture honestly 9. Super understaffed

A Big Joke

Pros

None. Most of the good people there already left.

Cons

Company culture is remarkably terrible. Management is overbearing, cheap with salaries, and dishonest. Most of the positive reviews appear to be from upper management themselves. It’s fairly obvious by the language and terms used in these reviews. Expect that kind of dishonesty when working there. It’s a bit delusional how they don’t think over half of the company quitting in the past 2 years is a problem they need to fix. Turnover and retention rates are abysmal and most new employees quit after a few months. As mentioned in a previous review, hubris is a good way to describe them. Lots of hubris. No actual leadership.

A Toxic and Dehumanizing Workplace

Pros

Respectable client roster. Somewhat flexible work from home policy. Decent paid time off (if you're ever able to take it). Occasional free product giveaways. Some talented and charismatic individuals remain (although that pool is dwindling).

Cons

A fundamentally dehumanizing and mentally corrosive workplace, despite recent surface-level office upgrades. Horrendously understaffed teams and departments. Narrow-minded “profits only” corporate focus leading to a soulless and depressing grind of work projects. Non-existent work/life balance due to a lack of basic resources and constantly increasing workloads. Employees are paid well below market value and many haven’t seen a pay raise in years. Notorious for withholding promotions and giving people that *actually do the work* any sort of reward or praise. Extreme favoritism leading to incompetent individuals being given advancements and/or managerial titles for brown-nosing, while those who speak out (or are simply paid too much) get laid off or suspiciously resign. Massive disconnect and power imbalance between senior-level management and more junior/entry level employees. Recent leadership change has been boasting “transparency” and “innovation” but has been largely empty talk. Many key decisions are still made behind closed doors without any employee input, and the “innovation” has been haphazardly rolled out and more gimmick-driven than substantive.
