      Flexible schedules Supportive BCBAs Supportive director Travel time reimbursement instead of mileage Full session paid for last minute cancelation from families

      No staff training No RBT training, will hire anyone making it difficult for current staff No benefits Paper billing that needs to be scanned and emailed every other Sunday and hard copy must be turned in person on Monday (time-consuming and no compensation) Company complaints are written by staff but no changes Use personal devices, but no compensations and no coverage if anything happens to it. RBTs don't last, so families leave

      Horrible management Lack of communication Lack of professionalism Horrible pay - pay is not worth the amount of work you do Emotionally draining job and lack of support from management They will constantly ask you if you can come in on your day off due to being understaffed Still uses paper billing system - you have to drive to the office every 2 weeks just to get a paycheck Inconsistency work hours throughout the year
