      Pros

      Absolutely none except the warehouse staff are great.

      Cons

      They treat you with disregard. Every decision made is questioned. It's a sweatshop mentality. Health and safety is diabolical. If you leave and want to respect your notice period they will sack you so that I have to pay you.

      Plenty to learn! Great atmosphere Owners are really down-to-earth and friendly. Flex working available Plenty parking around premises Real tight-knit family feel.

      Cons

      Always a lot to do - But I think that's a good thing? :)
