Pros

Before joining, I expected another stressful consulting environment with confusing priorities and poor communication, but that never really happened here. Managers usually communicate changes early, and teams remain involved when workloads become heavier. I also liked that people worked together instead of creating unnecessary competition between coworkers.

Limited opportunities for promotions in some departments

Some friendly and not so friendly coworkers. Hope you find the friendly ones.

Cons

You'll find all the basic corporate problems here. Poor pay, lack of management support, toxic atmosphere, and no growth opportunities especially for this position. You're gonna leave inevitably or you'll be stuck in a crappy company with a crappy pay!

Bench time is a bummer and also unpredictable.
