I feel fortunate to work with an incredible group of people who are dedicated to serving our patients. With such an amazing team at BasePoint, we can accomplish anything. The Arlington Executive Director, Jordan, is always available and willing to support the team, which makes working with her a pleasure.

All the staff, including leadership, is strongly motivated to provide high quality care and access to care for all the patients. They truly care for their employees and providing a positive work environment. They believe in their employees and definitely want to continue to see growth in their staff. Highly recommend.
