Pros

There are lots of experienced people to learn from. There are opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Being in the trades means there is always some work to do.

Cons

Priorities change often. Goals/projects don't always get across the finish line.

Inconsistent hours and lack of advancement opportunities. Heavy and pronounced shoulder seasons leading to periods with low/inconsistent pay

Pay is okay for certain roles.

Cons

Very shady. I was able to see the in’s and out’s of various parts of the company and I would Never recommend someone to work here. I’m not sure how some people stayed as long. Very little training, lots of turn over and company layoffs every year. I would give negative stars if I could.
