      Pros

      Really can't think of any - certainly none for new employees Unless you want to work in an environment where there are constant restructures a blame culture and do the work of 3 people.

      Cons

      New starters are no longer on Local Government Terms and Conditions - so underpaid, with a longer working week, less annual leave, no sick pay after 3 months and no access to the Local Government Pension scheme.
