      Pros

      Great company to work for, they have a good sense for work flexibility, growth opportunity at any level and a very friendly working atmosphere. The company also has an diversified culture and moderate to high pay structure. To be honest the Sr. Staff really listens to all employees and tries to implement necessary processes when applicable. Great place to learn and build solid working relationships along with continues improvement.

      Cons

      Not much to share from a con side. Possibly the onboarding process could use a little improvement. HR is fantastic, just the coordination with the clients from a communication standing.

      Pros

      Barich Inc. is an great company to work for. The company is growing and there is endless opportunity. The senior leaders are driven, forward thinking, and strategic, setting the company on a path for long term success and sustainability. The culture is unmatched - friendly staff, great leadership, dedicated managers, and caring owners, all working together to make sure employees are succeeding at work and at home. Barich Inc's commitment to faith, family, and superior services are the attributes that make this company EXCEPTIONAL!

      Cons

      Barich Inc, by many standards, is considered a small business. Often employees will be asked to wear "many hats". While a primary job title may be Project Manager, you may be asked to assist the Business Development Department with a proposal, facilitate a company meeting, manage employees, etc. Some people may see wearing multiple hats a "con". However, I do not see it as such. Wearing multiple hats has given me exposure to all facets of the company, quickly. It has allowed me to grow into a new higher level role, to which I wouldn't have been exposed to otherwise.

      Excellent Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Barich offers many opportunities to grow your career in a positive, collaborative environment. They have an impeccable lineup of senior staff members who are ready and willing to engage with our more junior staff members. This has helped promote an extraordinarily high level of company morale. Many companies claim to be a family, but Barich backs up that claim with full support from senior leadership.

      Cons

      I can't think of any real negatives. Having offices in three different time zones is interesting for scheduling meetings. It's not a bad thing, just something we need to be aware of. Besides that, I love working here. This is the first company where I can honestly say that.
