Great people but highly disorganized upper management and too many meetings

Pros

The one thing I will say that is positive is the people/fellow coworkers. Everyone was extremely nice.

Cons

I found the company as a whole and the CEO extremely disorganized and love to micromanage the revenue team. There are an unecessary amount of meetings that cut into the workflow of employees. Felt very led on by upper management.

Pay is nice, commute was decent Colleagues stick together and are always helpful whether you’re new or not. Everyone is burnt out but optimistic.

Cons

Micromanagement from supervisors Clear favoritism of certain employees over others Management behavior actively contributes to a negative work environment. There is significant room for improvement in how managers treat and support their teams.
