Family like environment. Staff is very multicultural and you get exposure to an international group of people with so many different views. Casual place to work. Great place to start off on your career in TV media production.

Cons

Not enough investment in Human Resources. I think a lot more can be done in this department in terms of investing in employee skills and/or assisting with their professional development.

Well known brand wit lots of indies within the umbrella company Free snacks

Cons

Terrible atmosphere with low staff moral. Restructures and redundancies constantly with teams feeling fractured and increasingly undervalued. Communication from senior teams absolutely terrible. Found out more information about changes and Banijay news from industry gossip outside of the company than from leaders within the company. No company identity- no idea what the company's values are other than to make money and make the senior leaders look good.
