      owners are very down to earth and treat employees very well the culture is great friendly, knowledgeable staff

      Good atmosphere. Laid-back environment. No unnecessary paperwork etc. Boss left me alone as long as the job is getting done.

      Cons

      No bonuses. Didn't get regular raises every year.
