      Pros

      Drivers and mechanics are terrific. All are willing to help other drivers.

      Cons

      Busses are beaten up and all need work. Not the fault of the service team, but managers are just not giving them thr support they need. Managers don't treat drivers with respect and don't communicate hardly at all. Schedules are usually not known until the day or night before.
