BEWARE of this company!!!! I stopped working here a couple years ago but heard some things about them and want to make sure nobody else steps in HARMS WAY!! This company will cheat anybody to make a quick buck. The clients of this company are getting ripped off more and more everyday. Management have no ethics or values and will do anything to convince you otherwise.

During my time here at Back in Black I have grown both as a person and a professional. I love the people that I work with and the changing culture and size of the company. Back in Black offers great benefits and incentives without that stuffy large corporation feel. The management team always has an open door for their employees and is supportive and responsive to feedback. I enjoy the challenges and variety of tasks, every day I am given the opportunity and freedom to use my creativity to problem solve. The large and expanding diversity of clients and products we get to work with keeps things fresh and new. There are regular fun events and activities for employees which are fun and keep the atmosphere light. Working at Back in Black has been a great experience for me; I would recommend it!

I wouldn't say that I have any except that the soap in the restroom dries out my hands.
