      Stable paycheck but weak leadership and toxic culture

      Pros

      Stable paycheck, exposure to enterprise technologies, mostly good coworkers.

      Cons

      Middle management was toxic and incredibly nepotistic with no regard for professionalism toward the client. Closed door conversations, no accountability, and a lack of support to help the mission of the client move forward.
