- Amazing company culture, the people there really do act like a tribe - Fun job: you get to have fun and jump while working - Free entry to other BounceInc parks all over the world

Cons

- Might get tiring after awhile, especially if you've been doing a full 7-8hr shift - Some customers are quite unreasonable, but that comes with all customer service jobs

Becomes your first home because of the fun.
