All the usual corporate perks, nothing unusual

Highly toxic environment, a lot of bullying with management either helpless or encouraging (not sure which one it is). Contractors playing political games to validate their hefty paychecks and stay contracted, milking the cow while they can. Genuinely the worst work environment I have ever been in. Just compare their employee rating to that of other banks. In addition to this being a sinking ship. IT systems more than outdated. Massive spaghetti of systems across their various subsidiaries, there is no way they‘ll get on top of that.
