Pros
over the last couple years, many changes have been made for the better. better communication between departments, better and faster support and install process, and sales knows what there commissions are and when they will be paid on every deal closed.
Cons
under staffed in some departments. not sure what comes next.

There were no pros to working at BLI.
Cons
Poor leadership, no vision, we never knew when we were going to get our commission and the network kept crashing.
