      I really like the culture here at BHDP. They do a great job of making you a priority.

      Cons

      Each office is very different in their own way. I wish the company did a better job of making the company feel like one. When visiting the different offices, it all feels like a different compan.

      Very proactive environment. I was heavily relied on as an Intern which helped me get experience across all design phases. I got a raise for my work ethic and dedication.

      They made promises they could not keep. A lot of full-time employees were overworked.
