Pros
Solid customer base, great pay for catering events, no crap atmosphere where you can get your work done and as long as its done well the first time you'll never hear anything from management.
Cons
Need to communicate dissapointments in staff more regularly in an effective way, need to keep track of employee schedule better (although this is mostly the employees' fault)
