      Pros

      Company offers a flexible work environment. Also the best place if you want a chill life and do not believe in career growth.

      Cons

      Main point - you would probably see a lot of good ( fake) reviews, a significant number of them are encouraged to cover up the genuine reviews. 1)Job security is extremely poor especially for outsourcing / client teams . They will make all the false promises during the hiring process and will just leave your hands once the client decides to wind up the project 2) Management is very poor and a big joke. They cannot make any data driven decisions and offer almost zero attention to learning opportunities . 3) career growth is extremely limited . You would probably end up having a dip in your tech skills after you join here .
