      There is an Employee Scholarship Program to get your Master's Degree. No discrimination policy & no retaliation policy if you have concerns need to raise. Currently we have a WFH setup, once every week. There are a lot of opportunities to grow here. You have a chance to change roles/department if you feel your current position does not fit you.

      Cons

      There's a lot of documentation need to prepare on every deliverables. Not an ISO company, if you are used to it. Micro-management by using of different monitoring tools like Primavera, GEMS, etc.
