Pros

Good environment, lots of events, and the work pressure is reasonable.

Cons

No proper salary increment, for some teams no increment at all. lots of false promises, they continues "internship" till unreasonable years before confirming the employment which is hilarious, and in this whole time of internship, they don't even give an increment of single penny. Some teams have very good project managers, but some project managers just do not do any work, they will sit idle still will not help the team even if in high pressure!
