      Very low pay, Product is pretty "meh", especially with the advances in AI. Unrealistic expectation from leadership.

      - nice coworkers - interactive slack channels

      Cons

      - treats every employee like a number - does not care for professional growth of the employee - detached management system, extreme hierarchical organizational model - long hours, typically close to 50 hours - extremely low pay, much lower than industry standards - no room for advancement
