This is a remote job. You can learn some important things to run your own website or company in the future.
Cons
The company owner calls and writes to you all day and every day. They expect you to work at any time, weekends included. To take any vacation or days off you have to leave the work of those days done in advance (so you have to work twice as hard to take those days). The rules are never clear, everything changes as you go along. It's a small company and your boss is literally on top of you changing everything and demanding more and more work every day. You can easily go crazy.
