Pathetic enough to ever dream a company like this. They moved their office from Gurgaon to Noida in April 2016. They started calling people here and there to hire them because they wanted 25+ people in their team. Fortunately, they achieved their number by July 20th , 22 analysts, senior analysts and 3 of the senior people Manager, senior manager and VP. Many people left their last company to join Azure , few freshers started their career with azure , few were in debt due to their education loan, everyone joined azure for some cause for some reason . Everyone was happy enough to work because the managers were good at Noida location. At a sudden on 1st of august, they declared guys company is moving its office to Ahmedabad and we have to wrap the operations on 9th of August. If you want to move to Ahmedabad with the same salary then its good otherwise drop ur resignation letter and leave the company on 9th of august since most of the people were on probation. Just 4 of the people were old enough than 6 months in the organisation so they got 1 month of time to leave the company. How creepy a company could be , you got to learn with Azure and I bet you can't beat Jay Ruparel(CEO & Founder ) . He is such a pathetic moron . He never cared about the employees at Noida location who joined just a week back or 1 or 2 months back. Such a shame you are in the industry @Jay Ruparel. The World is round Azure knowledge corporation and Market Research Industry is, even more, smaller than rest of the industries. The way you have played with the career people , you'll never succeed enough and sunset will happen in your life with hell lots of debt.
