      Pros

      Loved my co-workers. Hybrid position is a great combination of work at home, with the occasional in home visit. Challenging and rewarding work.

      Cons

      Job security: Loss of contract can equal reduction in force (not unique to AxisPoint Health, but an industry hazard)

      Pros

      Leadership and your coworkers will be wonderful people to work with. Pay and benefits were good. It’s full time remote for those who like to WFH.

      Cons

      Where do I begin.. LOTS of tech issues, constantly. The equipment is old. The care plan you work in will be very, very bulky and unorganized. Quality nit picks when scoring your calls. Constant changes to processes and policies. Company keeps getting bought out and is overall a little unorganized. Lots of frustrations you just learn to adapt to.
