      Small Shop w/No Opportunity for Career Growth

      Salary, if in consulting division do not need to live in Frederick or go to home office

      Cons

      Micro-management, no career path, no management feedback, no clearly defined roles and responsibilities, no regular reviews even when requested. Dead-end job.

      Don't let the company name fool you

      You have control over the approach of the project.

      Cons

      backwards in terms of technology. Consultants are pretty much left to figure out what tools to use. This is also one weird company with a CEO but no CFO or COO and everyone else is a Senior Consultant, so go figure, there's no transparent hierarchy. This is really a company that you'll stay while you explore better opportunities, otherwise there is no future to move up.
