Pros
Hybrid work schedule. Comfortable culture. Upper management approachable and generally receptive to conversation and communication. Great compensation and benefits. There is always something to learn in the semiconductor industry, and Axcelis allows you to grow in different directions from your current position.
Cons
In my experience at Axcelis so far, no real red flags or cons. The interview process is very thorough and I can see it is hard to get a position.

Work life balance is good, its rare that you are expected to produce more then is reasonable in a given week. People here are nice and are open to new perspectives.
Cons
Low Pay Old practices and technologies, if you are looking to learn some new technology or languages you will not find it here. Growth is fairly limited, and promotions are rare to come by and the compensation you get in the promotion is not that great
